Warranty & Returns

For all non-customized products, we offer a 14-day change-of-mind return or exchange from the date of delivery, provided that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition that does not affect secondary resale.

For all products, if your item arrives with functional issues (for example, tap/NFC not working) or is damaged in transit, we will replace it free of charge after verification of the issue. Please contact us with photos and your order details as soon as you notice the problem.

Please note that this warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or wear and tear caused by use, such as scratches, scuffs, dents, or other external damage resulting from handling or improper use after you receive the product.

How does TekMark Table Tent Work?

Your TekMark table tent uses NFC technology to share your information instantly. When someone taps their phone on your TekMark card, it automatically opens your personalized profile, no apps or downloads needed.

Your profile can include your contact details, social media links, website, payment links, files, and anything else you want to share. You control what’s on it, and you can update it anytime.

Just tap → your info appears → you make the connection.

Do I need to install an app?

You don’t need any app to use TekMark. A quick tap brings your profile up in the visitor’s mobile browser, where they can call, email, save your contact, or share their details. Works on modern iPhone and Android. If a phone can’t open automatically, you can share a short web link instead—still no app required.

Is there a subscription fee?

No. Your TekMark product includes lifetime access to your TekHub profile, so the core experience has no recurring fees. You pay once for the card/table stand. If you later choose optional add-ons (e.g., extra team seats or advanced modules), those may carry separate charges, but they’re not required.

Does the other person need Tekmark to connect?

No. They just use their phone. A quick tap opens your profile in their mobile browser, where they can call, email, save your contact, or share their details—no account, no installation, no special device required. If their phone can’t open automatically, you can share a short web link instead.

Do I need to put all my information on the card?

You don’t need to print any personal details on the card—just your logo, signature, and design if you’d like. TekMark stores all your information in your digital profile, which people can view on their devices via NFC tap or QR scan. Once you receive the card, you can upload any details you want and update them anytime in the platform.

What is ''exchange/save contact''?

Exchange Contact means both parties share contact details with each other. Save Contact means a visitor saves your details to their phone, without necessarily sharing theirs back.

Can I link multiple products to one account?

Yes. Multiple cards/displays can be linked to a single account. Data stays in sync, and all collected contacts are automatically consolidated in the Platform
